This notice explains how Jacob Ong (REN REN 54715, PropNex Malaysia) uses the personal details you give through this website, under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What I collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, email, phone number, the project you asked about and the page you were on. If you came from an online advert, which advert and campaign it was.
Why
To reply to you, send prices, floor plans and availability, arrange viewings and follow up on your interest. I also use it to see which adverts bring useful enquiries.
Who sees it
Me and the members of my team at PropNex Malaysia who handle your enquiry. If you book a unit, the developer receives what it needs for the booking. The services that run this website keep it for me: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database) and Telegram (alerts to my team). I never sell your details.
Cookies and adverts
This website may use Google's advertising tags to measure which adverts lead to enquiries. They use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long
As long as we are in touch about property, and for as long as the law requires records of a purchase. After that, I delete it.
